KEEP LYNAS WASTE IN PUTRAJAYA

'KEEP LYNAS WASTE IN PUTRAJAYA'

GEORGE TOWN; Waste from the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant should be kept in Putrajaya, the country's administrative capital, since it was safe as asserted by the Parliamentary Select Committee on the controversial rare earth refinery. DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng said the waste could then be stored near the houses of people who think that the lowradiation waste was safe."Put it (the waste) there (Putrajaya) so they can share the risk together," he said yesterday.
